Research On Medical Cannabis Patients

Please Consider Participating
In Research On Medical
Cannabis Patients.

I am currently collecting research for completion of my dissertation in Sociology at the University of Colorado-Boulder. My dissertation work
focuses on medical Cannabis patients—how they use Cannabis medically, how they make decisions about medical use and what benefits they receive
or challenges they face by doing so. This study focuses on adult (over 18 years old) patients in Colorado. You do not have to be registered with
the state, but you should reside and Colorado and have a doctor’s recommendation in Colorado to use Cannabis for any medical condition.
If you are a patient, I would like to hear your story. Your information will be confidential and the ways it will be used will be explained in detail before your participation. Interviews may be arranged at a central Denver location that
houses several medical marijuana organizations, or we can make arrangements to meet at a another convenient location. Interviews are in-person, and take a minimum of one hour, but may take longer
based on your responses and availability.

Contacting me does not obligate you to
participate.
I’m happy to discuss the project further
or answer any questions, and I hope
you will consider participating
and contribute your story to
ongoing research on medical
Cannabis use.
Thanks,
Shelli
